Scooter Vista Is Moving! Important News About Our New Location

We have some important news to share with our Scooter Vista customers! We're moving to new premises in Aberthin, Cowbridge, and with this move comes a few changes to how we operate.

While our location and trading arrangements are changing, we're still here to supply the Lambretta and Vespa parts, accessories and restoration components you've come to expect from Scooter Vista.

We'd like to explain what this means for you and reassure you that our online shop will continue to operate as normal.

Our New Location

Scooter Vista is moving to new premises in Aberthin, Cowbridge.

The move gives us the opportunity to adapt the business to suit our new circumstances. However, due to the location of the new premises and my commitments to my other job, we'll be making some changes to how customers can visit and collect orders.

Please note that Scooter Vista will no longer operate with fixed shop opening hours. This means we won't be able to offer the usual walk-in shop service, so please read the new arrangements below before planning a visit.

Online Orders Continue as Normal

The good news is that our online shop will remain open, and you can continue browsing and ordering through the Scooter Vista website as usual.

We'll continue to offer parts and accessories for classic Lambretta and Vespa scooters, whether you're working on a full restoration, maintaining your everyday ride or searching for that hard-to-find component.

Online orders will be packed daily, with dispatch subject to our usual postal and courier arrangements.

As always, we'll do our best to get your orders packed and on their way as promptly as possible.

Click & Collect – Now Available by Arrangement

We know that some customers prefer to collect their parts rather than have them delivered, so we're pleased to confirm that Click & Collect will be available from our new premises.

The process is simple:

1. Place your order through the Scooter Vista website.

2. We'll prepare your order for collection.

3. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange collection.

As we won't have fixed trading hours, please wait for our confirmation before travelling to collect your order. This will ensure everything is ready and we can arrange a suitable collection time.

Please don't turn up without an agreed collection time, as we may not be available at the premises.

Changes to Our Trading Hours

Running Scooter Vista alongside commitments to my other job, combined with the location of the new premises, means we need to take a more flexible approach to the business.

Rather than publish opening hours that we can't reliably maintain, we've decided to focus on our online shop, daily order packing and pre-arranged Click & Collect.

We appreciate this is a change for customers who are used to visiting us in person, and we'd like to thank you for your understanding while we settle into the new arrangements.
